Squids and Stuffed Squids are caught just in Atlantic fishing grounds, canned in olive oil or prepared with a sauce made with the squid’s own ink and a natural seasoning. The Squids are manually washed and cooked with an extreme caution in order to avoid the presence of water on the final product.

Both presentation (in pieces and stuffed) can be used as a great “tapa”. Presented along with rice will be enough to make a delicious dish with all the essence of the Spanish culinary tradition.
