Last August the 30th we received the visit of the Chef Joseba Encabo and a group of 26 of his students from the Culinary Institute of America. This is one of the most reputed culinary institutions in the world.
Our visitors could see the whole canned fish & seafood elaboration process. They could also taste our best products such as: Clams, Cockles, Small Sardines, White Tuna, Mussels and Stuffed Squids.
