MUSSEL PATÉ

Ingredients:

- A Philadelphia style cream cheese jar,

- One can of Mussels in Pickled Sauce CUCA

- One can of White Tuna “Bonito” in Olive Oil CUCA.


How to prepare the Mussel Paté:

It is so easy you don’t need much explanations: put together into the mixer jar the cream cheese, the mussels (include the Pickled Sauce with all its ingredients) and the drained White Tuna.

Whip with the mixer until you have a homogeneous cream. Its consistency will depend on the cheese brand, the quantity of Pickled Sauce and the texture of the White Tuna.

The time of preparation will be 5 minutes approximately.



Presentation:

Serve the paté in a bowl along with roasted bread or toasts. We can also use bread with raisings we can buy already toasted.

A different way to present our mussel paté is with different crustaces that may be dipped in the paté as if it was a sauce.
