Madrid Fusión 2016

 

Conservas Cuca has sponsored the New Talents Chef of the Year award on the event Madrid Fusión 2016.  

The 6 nominees were: Anna Merino from  Restaurant MontBar in Barcelona, Alberto Lareo from Manso Restaurante in A Coruña, Ricardo Temiño from Restaurant La Fábrica in Burgos, María José Martínez from  Restaurante Lienzo in Valencia, Javi Estévez from Restaurant La Tasquería in Madrid and Txema Llamosas from Casa Garras in Karranza.

Conservas Cuca also had the chance to introduce the Cuca Foodie Guide, a route to the favourite places of the participants of the New Talents Chef of the Year award.
