Ingredients
For 6 persons:
250 g of onion, two tablespoons of olive oil, one glass of white wine, 1 glass of water or stock, one tablespoon of flour,
. Chop up the onion in small slices, brown in a frying pan with the two tablespoons of olive oil
. Add the garlic (previously smashed) and the bay leaf
. Sprinkle the flour and stir frequently in order to avoid the presence of lumps
. Add wine, water (or stock), salt and pepper
. Cook over a low flame, stir frequently
. In an ovenproof dish put the tuna in big pieces and add the olive oil present in the tin
. Pour the sauce on the tuna
. Sprinkle gently with breadcrumbs
. Leave in the oven for 10 minutes approximately.
